Can the council confirm the up to date position in relation to the taking in charge of Ard na Laoi, Castledermot?

Taking in charge of Ard a Laoi, Castledermot.

On 16th August 2010 the developer was informed that the taking in charge of Ard a Laoi could not be considered until the ESB/Telecom pole and the overhead cables at the entrance to the estate have been removed and the cables laid underground as required by condition 6 of planning ref. 00/2245. When this condition has been complied with and the developer has completed any remaining remedial works in the estate the building control department will then consider the developers request to progress the taking in charge of the estate.
