That the council check the condition of Clarey Bridge, Clarey, Nurney and if remedial repairs are needed that they be carried out in the quickest possible time.
Report from the Kildare Area Office:​The area office will carry out an inspection and a report will follow in due course.

Can the council confirm when the road at Derryoughter, Kildangan will be repaired, when will the road markings be completed and if a full re-surfacing will be carried out?
Report from the Kildare Area Office: This road has been overlaid and surface dressed and line markings will be completed within the next two weeks.

Councillor Wall
Can the council investigate the provision of a car park at Main Street, Castledermot, following the recent very welcomed clean up of the area?
Report: The area engineer will be report on this matter at the meeting.

Can the council confirm when the proposed flood relief scheme will be completed at Ballymore Eustace National School and when the school pedestrian safety measures will be finished?
Report: Phase 1 of the Ballymore Eustace Flood Alleviation Scheme, which involved the repair and upgrade of the River Walk to the 1 in 100 year design standard, has now been completed. Water services is currently preparing a preliminary report, including a preliminary design and cost estimate for works that may be required upstream of the River Walk, to include the National School and areas above that.
This report will be finalised in the coming weeks, however, the completion of any recommended works will be dependant on funding. With regard to the works at the school, these works have been completed and the council is now waiting on the ESB to make a connection.

That the council confirm what plans they have for taking in charge Hillcrest, Cnoc na Greine and Castlemartin estates in Kilcullen.
Report: These estates are all Category A2 estates and cannot be considered for taking in charge until the developments have been completed satisfactorily and the council is requested to take the estates in charge.
In relation to Cnoc na Gréine, the council has already served an enforcement notice on the developer requiring the satisfactory completion of the development and will continue to pursue this case as outlined to the area committee in October. We will keep the committee informed of progress as it occurs.
