Following representations from the Residents of Cois Caislean in Nurney,
I am pleased to learn that the Council have €40,000 in a bond for the finishing of their estate.
The Council will also begin the taking in charge of the estate , which I’m working with the Residents on.
Question – Councillor Mark Wall
Can the council provide an update on the taking in charge of Cois Caisleann estate in Nurney?
Report: It was not proposed to take Cois Caisleann in charge this year as there is no request to take the estate in charge. The council have received €40,000 bond money and should it receive a request to take the estate in charge, the Building and Development Control Section can liaise with Irish Water to progress the taking in charge, either towards the end of this year or early next year.
